La Scapigliata - 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci - Poli Urban Colors (2019) - Inspired by "La Scapigliata", iconic and wonderful work of Leonardo, I reinterpreted it in a contemporary way with 1245 circles of 5cm diameter, arranged at variable distance. The seemingly random circles form unmistakably the young lady's gentle face, emblem of the Renaissance master's study on the "moti dell'animo", which in this context would represent the creativity and ingenuity of the Milan of the future. The urban artwork, which has been digitally developed, was realized with the spray paint technique on stencils and is on permanent public display in Politecnico di Milano's Bovisa Campus. "RIVOLUZIONI" is an italian word meaning revolutions, rotations. This is the winning artwork of the 2014 "Adobe Student Creative Contest"
